Emma Corcoran

Emma Corcoran, a strategic facilitator and the founder of EC Consulting, is known for guiding leadership teams through high stakes conversations with clarity, empathy, and structure. Leveraging 15 years in insurance distribution management, she helps organizations reduce friction, strengthen collaboration, and unlock instinctive strengths using tools like Kolbe and DISC. Emma also co-leads MyNetwork, a women’s leadership community. She is a proud girl mom who is committed to building spaces where women lead boldly and authentically.
